增加企想场景，
B1、B2两栋楼

初步设计为竞赛模式下的企想场景，设计B1中有4个房间，每个房间连接到本楼层的配线架，1F与2F楼层之间使用光纤进行连接，B2测试MPTL的链路。

接下来需要增加IL、RL、NEXT的故障类型
